Heya, I am Dr. Nicole, creator of the Higher-Self Architecture and business consultant to disruptive entrepreneur powerhouses.
Here’s the thing, I spent the first 5 years of my career growing one of the largest integrative medicine practices on the east coast, but at the end of the day, I was exhausted, burnt out, and frustrated with how much of my life was sacrificed.
I know I am not alone in this. Most of us have experienced burnout from running our business. We have felt like we are giving our all and not always getting ahead. We have lost time with the people we love and we feel resentful.
