We are Dr. Nick & Dr. Nicole Integrative Doctors and American expats who recently moved to Sorrento, Italy.
Last year Dr. Nick and I visited the Amalfi Coast and fell in LOVE. We fell in love with the homemade Limoncello, the fresh pasta, the fine wine, the healing seas, the genuine people, and we fell in love with what the locals call “Il Dolce Far Niente” or the sweetness of living in the present. We fell so in love that we decided to move there!! And now, we want to bring you over with us! So we brainstormed every unique adventure, every hidden gem, and magical moment to carefully craft the most exclusive - bucket-list worthy - once-in-a-lifetime retreat. The result -> The Limitless 2.0 Experience, Viva Italia.

The Itinerary
This is NOT a pack-in-as-much-as-possible itinerary. We have carefully chosen each adventure and vetted every restaurant to provide the most intentional, Italian slow living experience.
DAY 1: Welcome Cocktail Hour & Dinner
Welcome cocktail hour followed by dinner at Michelin Star holder, Lo Stuzzichino featured in Conde Naste, this welcoming, informal restaurant is somewhere you’d happily come to eat every day! With an open-view kitchen & a focus on vegetables grown in the restaurant’s own kitchen garden.
DAY 2: Food Experience in Sorrento
Clarity Workshop: Mapping Your Vision + Mental and Energetic Expansion Meditation. Our food adventure begins with a walking “food crawl” to sample some of the best restaurants in Sorrento followed by Limoncello tasting! Waterside Lunch at one of our favorites Trattoria Emilia in Marina Grande!
DAY 3: Beach Club + Pool Day
Collapse Workshop: Breaking Down Limiting Beliefs + Overcoming Challenges Meditation. Next is an active mid morning hike to Crapolla Cove. Then we'll lap in luxury @ Conca Del Sogno Beach Club - The ultimate Mediterranean Paradise with amazing waterside dishes!
DAY 4: Cooking Class + Limoncello Making
Collapse Workshop: Challenging Fear programming + Need for control + Activating Your Power Meditation. Next is a private cooking class in Massa Lubrense + Learning to make Limoncello from the locals with fresh lemons right off the trees! Then we'll enjoy our lunch and sip Limoncello enjoying stimulating conversation about our self-mastery growth.
DAY 5: Boating Tour to Capri + The Faraglioni Rocks
Caliberation Workshop: Mapping Short + Long term Manifestation + Anchor in the 2.0 Version of You Meditation. No Amalfi Coast trip is complete without a boat cruise to Capri and exploring the beautful the Faraglioni Rocks! After we'll head to the Marina and enjoy lunch at one of our favorite spots Trattoria Da Armandino.
DAY 6: A Day of Luxury at The Maya Experience
Create Workshop: Mapping New Habits + Living an Abundant Life Meditation. Then we spedn the day Il Dolce Niente, soaking in the luxurious Maya Experience Beach Club followed by a delicious farewell waterside lunch as we reflect on our growth and excitement for our 2.0 lives.
Arrival & Departure
Airport pick up and drop off:
Guests will fly into Naples Internazionale Airport (NAP) The best way to fly into Naples will be through Newark, NJ. There will be one private transport by car available for both arrival and departure. It is the guest’s responsibility to book flights according to designated transport times.
Accommodations
“Villa Gallone” This charming Villa in Sorrento is perfectly located in the residential area of town, very close to Sorrento city center. This space contains three suites, a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, a jacuzzi, and an external patio with dining tables. Take time to relax, surrounded by luxe furniture in the heart of an enchanted garden full of mediterranean scents.The villa is walking distance from Queen Giovanna Bath Roman Ruins. You can also easily get to Pompeii, Capri, Positano & Path of God.

We are currently collecting a waitlist for Accommodation 2: Villa Sorrento. This payment of $998 is your initial (fully refundable) deposit to lock in your spot. Once all 3 suites are filled for Villa #2, we will book the villa. In the circumstance this villa #2 does not fully book, the deposit will be refunded in full.
After you place your deposit, you will be added to the retreat newsletter which will keep you informed. Please check Spam!! Once the waitlist is filled you will be contacted by a member of our team to review which payment options are best for you. There are various payment options including, PIF, payment plans, ACH, credit card (+3%) and paypal (+3%).
