We are Dr. Nick & Dr. Nicole the integrative doctor duo and American expats rocking our values-driven life in Sorrento, Italy.Â
We fell in love with this place; the homemade Limoncello, the fresh pasta, the fine wine, the healing seas, the genuine people, and with what the locals call “Il Dolce Far Niente” or the sweetness of living in the present. Being here we feel healthier, more aligned and alive than we ever thought possible. As Integrative doctors, we realized we could help others heal and expand through our Higher-Self Architecture as an immersive experience here on the Amalfi Coast. So, we brainstormed every unique adventure, every hidden gem, and magical moment to carefully craft the most exclusive - bucket-list worthy - once-in-a-lifetime retreat. That's when The Limitless 2.0 Experience was born.

The Itinerary
DAY 1: Arrival, Apertivo, & Welcome Dinner
Welcome cocktail hour followed by dinner at Il Cantuccio featured in Conde Naste, this welcoming, informal restaurant is somewhere you’d happily come to eat every day! With an open-view kitchen & a focus on vegetables grown in the restaurant’s own kitchen garden.Â
DAY 2: Sorrento Food & Shopping Experience
Clarity Workshop: Mapping Your Vision + Mental and Energetic Expansion Meditation. Our food adventure begins with a walking “food crawl” to sample some of the best restaurants in Sorrento followed by Limoncello tasting!
DAY 3: Conca del Sogno Beach Club
Collapse Workshop: Breaking Down Limiting Beliefs & Overcoming Challenges Meditation. Next is an active mid morning hike to Crapolla Cove. Then we'll lap in luxury @ Conca Del Sogno Beach Club - The ultimate Mediterranean Paradise with amazing waterside dishes!
DAY 4: Boat Trip to Capri
Collapse Workshop: Challenging Fear programming + Need for control + Activating Your Power Meditation. No Amalfi Coast trip is complete without a boat cruise to Capri and exploring the beautful the Faraglioni Rocks! After we'll enjoy lunch at one of our favorite spots, Terrazza Tiberio.
DAY 5: Cooking & Limoncello Making Class with Dinner
Calibration Workshop: Mapping Short + Long term Manifestation + Anchor in the 2.0 Version of You Meditation. Next is a private cooking class in Massa Lubrense + Learning to make Limoncello from the locals with fresh lemons right off the trees! Then we'll enjoy our lunch and sip Limoncello enjoying stimulating conversation about our self-mastery growth.
DAY 6: Giardino Romantico Beach Club & Farewell Dinner
Create Workshop: Mapping New Habits + Living an Abundant Life Meditation. Then we spend the day Il Dolce Niente, soaking in the luxurious Giardino Romantico Beach Club followed by a delicious farewell dinner as we reflect on our growth and excitement for our 2.0 lives.Â

“Villa Gallone” This charming Villa in Sorrento is perfectly located in the residential area of town, very close to Sorrento city center. This space contains three suites, a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, a jacuzzi, and an external patio with dining tables. Take time to relax, surrounded by luxe furniture in the heart of an enchanted garden full of mediterranean scents.The villa is walking distance from Queen Giovanna Bath Roman Ruins. You can also easily get to Pompeii, Capri, Positano & Path of God.

Airport pick up and drop off:
Guests will fly into Naples Internazionale Airport (NAP). There will be two private transports by car available for both arrival and departure. It is the guest’s responsibility to book flights according to designated transport times.
